Patricia Cobe and Ellen Parlapiano, of Mompreneurs® LLC, are the owners of U.S. Trademark Registrations for the service mark, Mompreneurs®, which they have used in commerce since 1996. Any use of the brand Mompreneurs® by individuals other than Cobe and Parlapiano, and without their express written permission, is unlawful, and considered trademark infringement. Unauthorized use of the word Mompreneurs® or content relating to Mompreneurs® without the registered trademark and without attribution to Cobe and Parlapiano will be subject to litigation.
