Yes, these are indeed exciting (and somewhat exhausting) times!
Between the morning sickness and sailboat repairs (we're currently docked in Mobile, AL), I am otherwise in full immersion for learning all I can about marketing my first product, Fridge Artist Magnetic Colors:

The website has been up for a couple of weeks and the sales are trickling in. I would love to receive some feedback for improving the website to increase sales. I'm very excited to use Mompreneurs to learn more about distributing and eventually licensing a successful product.

Welcome! What a great idea you have. Fridge magnets are great (we have the Leapfrog alphabet one, the Leapfrog word one, the Leapfrog vehicle one, the Leapfrog animal one, word building magnets and kids poetry magnets!!) .....SOOOO artistic color magnets are an awesome addition to those types of very popular products. I've never seen anything like it. I was an art major in college, so I love to see great new creative arts products for kids.
Maybe I didn't look hard enough and maybe you do have it, but I think photographs of actual art projects on real fridges is a good idea. Maybe you could have your customers send in their own photos of their masterpieces! That would be a great marketing tool. If you see other peoples creative ideas or see other peoples kids having fun with them, it makes them even more desirable.

Wow, Lynn! Living on a sailboat, a baby and a business! Good for you! Sounds like happy times.
I truly love the fridge art to bring out creativity in young children while also discovering possibly a natural talent in some.
I like the bold colors on your website but in my opinion only, I think defusing the yellow slightly may make help in the appearance. Try it and see if it is a little less bright on the eyes.
It sounds as though you have a secret to getting sales to your website so quickly. May I ask how you are promoting it?
